Mumbai (ANI). Mumbai Cybercrime has filed a charge sheet against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra and others for creating and broadcasting obscene content. Mumbai Cybercrime filed a 1,000+ page charge sheet in Esplanade Court last week. In response to the new charge sheet, Kundra’s lawyer, Prashant Patil, claimed that he found out about the charge sheet through media reports and said that he would follow the legal process to compile the charge sheet.
The lawyer denied the accusations.
The lawyer said, “We have come to know from media reports that Mumbai Cybercrime has filed a charge sheet in the said case with the court. We will approach the court to pursue due process of law and collect a copy of the charge sheet. charges.. “will be present”. He further stated that his client has nothing to do with said crime and prima facie no case is filed against him. He further stated that Raj Kundra has the right to be heard and will approach the courts to get justice and protect your reputation and honor.
Raj Kundra is out on bail
On July 19 last year, Raj Kundra was arrested along with 11 others for allegedly making obscene films and was held in court custody for more than two months. On September 20 last year, a Mumbai court granted Raj Kundra bail with a security of Rs 50,000 for making a pornographic film. The Mumbai Police Crime Section had filed its own separate charge sheet in the case, after which a supplemental charge sheet was filed in September. They were reserved under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Indecent Depiction of Women (Prevention) Act and the Information Technology Act.
