If the report turns out to be correct, the comparison of the iPhone 14 lineup will be as follows:
- iphone 13mini: 4GB (LPDDR4X)
- iPhone 13: 4GB (LPDDR4X)
- iPhone 13 Pro: 6GB (LPDDR4X)

TrendForce also suggests that the iPhone 14 Pro models may start with 256GB of storage, compared to 128GB on the iPhone 13 Pro model, but the chart says the storage capacity is “TBD”, so this information seems less secure. .
As previously rumored, two features expected to be exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro model are an upgraded 48-megapixel rear camera lens and A16 chip. The standard iPhone 14 model is expected to stay with the A15 chip.
As widely rumored, no iPhone 14 mini is expected this year. Instead, Apple plans to launch 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. Barring significant supply chain disruptions, the devices are likely to be announced at Apple’s usual September schedule.
